this is another interesting discovery to me... having diabetes, i often have mood swings which ends up with stress and depression. Now, I just learned that Magnesium plays a big part of reducing depression. I wonder what are the foods that are rich in Magnesium (might need to search the web for that)... this supplement is very interesting and I might give it a try someday
