It was Summit Day! Super excited we were, initial It was Summit Day! Super excited we were, initial stretches seemed easy due to the excitement to reach the summit! But the challenge started when we started climbing boulders, that were the size of rocks, keeping firm feet in crevices and joints!We didn't know what was to come in another hour, and we were asked to wear our spikes as the next 4 hour trek was "Snow Trek". It might sound easy and fun, but it was the most challenging part, when the ascent is of 80-90 degrees and you're expected to cover it in a certain timeframe as the weather could turn unpredictable at any moment at the summit!We were there at the summit by 12-12:30pm and what feeling it was! It seemed wanted to stay to there for hours! Just me and mountains 🏔️!!Descent was another chapter of life, that I felt was the most challenging part of the whole trek!
