Its time to learn from kids, its time to learn the same love and innocence, creativity and smiles, back from our tiny souls! #timetolearn #learn #unlearn #kidslove #momslove #motherhood #innocentkids #purelove #love

As we grow with the years, our thoughts, mindsets, belief’s, all change basis the environment we see. Our personality is more or less the outcome of our learnings and it consistently evolves. As I entered in my 30’s and after becoming a mama, I could see lot of changes in my thoughts, I wanted the world to be a better place to live in and yes for this I sought my own contribution and started my learnings from my child.

Though responsibilities, ambitions, must needed tag of “best mama” & “a great better half” run the minds frequently, but somewhere, … Continue Reading

Roller coaster ride called Motherhood!

The life was getting tougher, my attempts to provide a complete nutrition were being ignored. Not just ignored, they were being puked out! Indeed, motherhood is a roller coater ride wherein a mum always sails in the boat to ensure that her upbringing has a six sigma effect, with minimum defects.

Well, the comparison might sound little weird, but ask your inner self mama’s. Don’t you try to make your child 100% fool proof? Yes, we all try and kids are there to turn around all such efforts by 360 degrees.

Motherhood! Seems one of the best word in the Oxford Dictionary. But, let’s admit it, if it brings a bouquet full of beautiful memories, it also accompanies a basket of worries. If it brings smile, it also pauses them with cries. If it makes you patient, it also brings craziness of a mum, if it makes you open minded, it also brings in possessiveness for your child. The perks it brings along are really which a mind cannot understand but only a heart full of emotions can!

And, as this journey continued, I worked harder to pass on the Examination Continue Reading

Life has been a perfect roller coaster ride and after getting the badge of “Motherhood”, it has had its shares of ample smiles and some tears as well. Imparting values, developing creativity, enhancing skills have to be nurtured from the inception of toddlerhood phase. And I tried my level best to give all round development to my preschooler, who is 3.5 years now and ready to hit formal schools. But, to make all those transitions and skill developments seamless, somehow, I felt, I lost my hobbies, my craziness to some extent. And that’s why after 3 years, I’ve planned to … Continue Reading

Daddys Girl

Just wanted to begin with being a Daughter first:)

Like every normal girl, I was always excited about marriage and fascinated it right from the childhood days. I never thought beyond that I would spend life happily, rejoicing with my prince charming. I fantasied a beautiful world full of enjoyment just as my innocent childhood.

Motherhood Memories!

Posted on 45 CommentsPosted in Parents Zone

Last day was when I had minimal interaction with my lil munchkin due to full day commitments. And the evening went by looking at his innocence in the sleep. My heart wanted to hug him, but my mind refrained from doing it. And so, I went into the nostalgic lanes of nearly 3 years of Motherhood. And so, I thought to share some lovely moments of Mom & child with my beautiful readers:).

[This is a TRUE story, not mine, but of a very close friend of mine]

Relationships

It was a beautiful day, life seemed to be so happy in the arms of mom and dad. I was barely 12 then, but life was such a joy, with the only motto of play with dad and get delicious meals by mom. It was complete fun getting to learn the practical world which mom taught to we 3 siblings, me being the oldest. We used to quickly get our family time & run for short weekends as a picnic & enjoy in the lap Continue Reading

Being Mommy-My experience

Continuing my Road to become Mom. Finally ,I welcomed the D-day ,receiving good luck wishes from all dear ones ,& pretty confidently approached the Maternity care .But hell ,just a look & thought of the operation theatre swung my BP to 160+. I had never been admitted to hospital before that & never saw Operation Theatre. This new-to-be Mom was being terrified.

But as destiny wanted ,all went well & I gave birth to little baby boy. Just heard from the doctor that it was a sweet baby boy. No one could have imagined the question … Continue Reading

Road to Motherhood

Can I define Motherhood?

Well who could have explained Motherhood in this world? I believe this emotion, this word “Motherhood” is impeccable & a divine word in the Oxford!

All the adjectives: beginning with the Pain (a mother takes during labor) ,to the tears of happiness (once the tender fingers of newborn touches her) ,to the inquisitiveness(of rearing the child) ,to the ecstasy (on seeing the very first smile) ,to the anguish(to hear the cries) ,to the merriment (when he hugs you for the first time) describe the road to Motherhood.!! Well, I never knew that my expedition Continue Reading
